End User License Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.

2. LICENSE GRANT

2.1 License Terms

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Myra (A Unit of AzPrime Solutions LLC) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices.

2.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Application

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

3.1 Platform Service

The Application provides a platform that facilitates the collection and delivery of items between users and stores ("Service").

3.2 Intermediary Role

Myra acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not take ownership of any items being collected or delivered.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6. PAYMENT AND FEES

6.1 Fees

Certain features of the Application may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of the Service.

7. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

Myra (A Unit of AzPrime Solutions LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. INSURANCE AND SAFETY

Myra (A Unit of AzPrime Solutions LLC) maintains appropriate insurance coverage for the Service.

8.2 Safety Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring items being collected or delivered comply with all applicable safety regulations.

9. TERMINATION

9.1 Termination by Company

Myra (A Unit of AzPrime Solutions LLC) may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without notice, for any reason.

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement will immediately cease.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND AGREEMENT

10.1 Service Modifications

Myra (A Unit of AzPrime Solutions LLC) reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application at any time.

10.2 Agreement Updates

Myra (A Unit of AzPrime Solutions LLC) may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

11.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, Wylie Jurisdictions.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wylie, Texas 75098.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while preserving the remaining provisions.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Myra (A Unit of AzPrime Solutions LLC) regarding the Application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
